Our bar packages are priced accordingly to the brands offered in that tier.  That said, should you wish to swap out a particular item on your bar, our team would be happy to provide any price differential based on the items selected. In addition, we offer the ability to provide batch cocktails, alongside our Ketel One Espresso Martini Machine.

Royal Park Hotel maintains a no-party policy within guest rooms to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests. The conservatory holds up to 160 guests for a ceremony with our house chairs, or up to 200 guests with Chiavari rented chairs.

For a reception with an area for light dancing, the space can accommodate up to 60 guests.

Our service fee is 25% and supports the execution of your event day, including event setup and breakdown, on-site coordination, staffing, house linens, and post-event cleaning. This fee reflects the behind-the-scenes work required to ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Please note that the service fee does not include gratuity. Gratuity is not required and is left to the discretion of each client, though it is always appreciated for exceptional service.

Wedding deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Specific cancellation terms and timelines are outlined in your signed wedding agreement. We encourage couples to review their contract carefully and contact our events team with any questions regarding cancellation policies.

Yes, we are dog-friendly! Your furry friend is welcome to attend you ceremony, however due to health and safety laws, dogs are not permitted during the reception portion of the event.

Wedding cakes from licensed bakeries are welcome at Royal Park Hotel. Full outside catering is generally not offered; however, couples with specific requests are encouraged to contact our catering team to discuss potential accommodations and available options.

Royal Park Hotel accepts major credit cards, checks, and cash payments up to $9,999. Payment schedules and deposit requirements will be outlined in your wedding agreement.

Your event manager will guide you through menu planning and food and beverage selections approximately 6–8 weeks before your wedding date, ensuring every detail is finalized well in advance of your celebration.

Yes. Royal Park Hotel hosts wedding tasting events several times throughout the year, allowing couples to sample menu offerings and finalize selections. A tasting fee applies. If you are unable to attend a scheduled tasting event, our team will do its best to accommodate an alternative tasting experience.

Couples hosting their wedding reception at Royal Park Hotel receive a complimentary guest room for their wedding night. Additional room block opportunities and discounted guest accommodations may also be available for wedding attendees.

Yes, we are able to offer a traditional block with a signed contract, deposit and attrition required. Room blocks are based on availability and can be offered no earlier then 8 months from your event date. 

Our Belgian Glass Conservatory provides a beautiful setting for intimate wedding celebrations, rehearsal dinners, showers, and receptions. Seated events can typically accommodate 20–80 guests, depending on the event layout and setup. For ceremony arrangements and customized event configurations, our event specialists can provide guidance tailored to your specific vision and requirements.

Couples with a guest room reservation may arrange professional photography within their guest room. Photography throughout the hotel and grounds is reserved for couples hosting their wedding onsite. All photographers must receive prior written approval before photographing on property.

Our team provides an event planning manager to assist in coordinating the details including your timeline, floorplan, menu choices etc. as it leads up to your big day. We do not offer a day of event planner to assist with event set ups and takedown needs. We have a great list of event planner recommendations however! Ask for a copy of our preferred vendor list!
