No Party Policy

We are pleased that you have selected Royal Park Hotel and want to ensure that your visit is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. To ensure that this happens, please take a moment to be advised of our rules and regulations.

Guest Room & Suite Policies

  • Parties are not allowed in our suites or guest rooms. Any guest who violates this or any of the policies stated below will be asked to leave the hotel without a refund promptly. Please inquire about a private event if you wish to host a gathering of people.
  • The State of Michigan has enacted legislation requiring all Hotels to be SMOKE-FREE. This includes, but is not limited to, tobacco, e-cigarettes, and marijuana. The Hotel will process a $250 recovery fee to those that do not comply.
  • Due to state licensing laws, OUTSIDE CATERING is not permitted. Please inquire about our Suite Menu available for knock and drop delivery. You may also order carry-out from our Park 600 restaurant during their hours of operation.
  • A $100 refundable deposit is applied to all guest room reservations. If excessive cleaning is needed or damage/theft of property, the Hotel may retain all or part of your deposit.
  • Due to state law and local fire ordinances, the maximum number of overnight guests in a king room is three (3) or four (4) in a double-bedded room. Any non-registered guests will be required to leave immediately.
  • Noise or activity that disrupts the normal tranquil atmosphere of the hotel is NOT ALLOWED and may result in the eviction of the property without refund.
  • YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT GUEST ROOMS AND/OR SUITES and must be present in the guest room or suite if any other people are there for the duration of the visit. Every suite must have an adult. 
  • The registered guest(s) of each room is responsible for the behavior and actions of anyone visiting their room and must ensure that their visitors abide by all hotel rules and regulations. Any non-registered guest will be asked to leave in the event of noise or any other disruption of guest comfort or enjoyment. 
  • Physical damage to the property will result in additional charges to the registered guest based on the nature of the damage and cost to repair, including but not limited to smoking in all rooms and suites. 
  • Children under the age of twelve (12) not accompanied by an adult while in the hotel's public areas will be escorted back to their room.
  • Group gatherings in guest hallways are a violation of local fire codes.
  • Open flames (candles) are not permitted in guest rooms or suites.

These policies and their strict enforcement are our way of ensuring an enjoyable visit for all guests. The Rochester Police Department strongly supports us in doing our part to protect our guests, employees, assets, and the safety of all persons concerned.
