No Party Policy

We are pleased that you have selected Royal Park Hotel and want to ensure that your visit is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. To ensure that this happens, please take a moment to be advised of our rules and regulations.

Guest Room & Suite Policies

  • Outside food, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in guest rooms, suites, or public areas in accordance with hotel policy and applicable Michigan liquor licensing requirements. All food and beverages must be purchased onsite. Please inquire about our Suite Menu available for delivery. You may also order carry-out from our Park 600 restaurant during their hours of operation.

  • Due to state law and local fire ordinances, the maximum number of overnight guests in a standard king bedroom is three (3), or four (4) in a double-bedded, or luxury category room. Any non-registered guests will be asked to leave.

  • Noise or activity that disrupts the normal tranquil atmosphere of the hotel is not allowed and may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund. Quiet hours are from 12 am to 7 am.

  • Running in the hallways or stairwells, or door slamming will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the property.

  • Guests must be 21 years of age to rent guest rooms and/or suites and must be present in the guest room or suite if anyone under the age of 21are there for the duration of the visit. Every suite must have an adult present.

  • The registered guest(s) of each room is responsible for the behavior and actions of anyone visiting their room and must ensure that their visitors abide by all hotel rules and regulations. Any non-registered guest will be asked to leave in the event of noise or any other disruption of guest comfort or enjoyment.

  • Physical damage to the property will result in additional charges to the registered guest based on the nature of the damage and cost to repair, including smoking in all rooms and suites.

  • Children under the age of twelve (12) must always be accompanied by an adult.

  • Group gatherings in guest hallways is a violation of local fire codes.

  • Open flames (candles) are not permitted in guest rooms or suites.

These policies and their strict enforcement are our way of ensuring an enjoyable visit for all guests. The Rochester Police Department strongly supports us in doing our part to protect our guests, employees, assets, and the safety of all persons concerned.
