The holiday season is a magical time of year in the mitten state. Here at Royal Park Hotel, guests can experience the holidays like a true Michigander. Perhaps the most breathtaking part of the winter season is the Big Bright Light Show in Downtown Rochester. Beginning November 23rd and running through January 2027, the Big Bright Light Show attracts visitors from all over the Country. 📸 Santa Photo Ops: Santa and Mrs. Claus will be here from 9:30 am to 12 pm to capture your special family moments on camera. Please note that photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus must be taken with your personal phone or camera.

Since 2009, Royal Park Hotel has partnered with The Salvation Army of Metro Detroit to bring Christmas joy to visitors. We are excited to celebrate the 18th anniversary of this community partnership, which has raised more than $250,000 to help northern Oakland County residents in need. Once again this year, The David W. Elliott Memorial Foundation is generously matching $5,000 to help those in need in our area.
