The holiday season is a magical time of year in the mitten state. Here at Royal Park Hotel, guests can experience the holidays like a true Michigander. Perhaps the most breathtaking part of the winter season is the Big Bright Light Show in Downtown Rochester. Beginning November 24th and running through January 2026, the Big Bright Light Show attracts visitors from all over the Country. Since 2009, Royal Park Hotel has partnered with The Salvation Army of Metro Detroit to bring Christmas joy to visitors. We are excited to celebrate the 16th anniversary of this community partnership, which has raised more than $250,000 to help northern Oakland County residents in need. Once again this year, The David W. Elliott Memorial Foundation is generously matching $5,000 to help those in need in our area.
